I’m a filmmaker and video editor working in documentary, fiction, and digital media.

My Palestinian-Syrian heritage, and a life lived between lands and layered identities, informs my worldview and my approach to storytelling as a way to know ourselves, connect with others, and make sense of the world.

Every project begins as loose fragments — visions, thoughts, and feelings — waiting to find their place within a whole. With a multidisciplinary lens, I weave these elements together in service of the bigger picture.

Outside of work, you’ll find me lost in a book, doodling, or wandering through nature.

I’m currently based in “Vancouver, Canada” as a grateful guest on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations.
