Cosmicat is a young Saudi DJ at the forefront of significant socio-political change in Saudi Arabia. The Kingdom is experiencing rapid transformations in business and social sectors, surprising both the global community and its citizens. Women can now drive, tourist visas are available to international visitors, and restrictions on mixed-gender gatherings have been relaxed. Saudi Arabia is hosting various music festivals and movie theaters, with strong government support for public entertainment in Riyadh. Follow her journey between Jeddah and Riyadh in this VICE documentary series exploring nightlife in the Arab world.

Ali Abdullah Shab, 26, is one of more than 150 members of the Cowboys Club or known as the Cowboys in Bahrain. This American culture found a home in the Budaiya village in Bahrain, where young horse lovers gather to ride horses and do many activities inspired by the Western Cowboys culture, on top of which are rodeo competitions. We went to Bahrain to meet these young people who are brought together by brothers of a special kind, to find out the reasons for their fondness for this culture.

We toured with Egyptian electronic music producer, Molotov, for a year, during his concerts in Cairo, and the music production studios that electronic music makers built themselves. Molotov mixed a new recipe between electronic sounds from festival music, techno and rap, and took from each genre what suits the rhythm of a city that gathers 30 million people.

Dalia is a young Syrian woman who has been living in the United States for over 8 years. She engages with young Americans and adds her voice to the protest against the death of George Floyd on May 25 in Minneapolis after a white police officer knelt on his neck for nearly nine minutes. We traveled with her in California to understand why she is involved in the American #BlackLivesMatter movement demanding equality and justice and to read the issue from the perspective of a young Syrian Arab woman living in the United States.
